Orchid Eilat Hotel, Eilat

The hotel rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light, offering a king-sized bed loaded with an abundance of cozy pillows and a stunning view. The staff was quick to address any issues and even provided a room upgrade, though cleanliness and tidiness could be improved. The location is excellent just opposite the beach and underwater observatory, ideal for those seeking a quiet escape away from the bustling promenade. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in certain areas.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, with a new clean huge shower and a balcony offering a perfect view of the sea. However, the rooms did not quite match the pictures. The service, although the breakfast room staff seemed unfamiliar with transportation around the hotel, was overall good. The location, right across from Migdalor beach, was beautiful and clean, granting amazing views of the Red Sea and being conveniently close to the underwater observatory. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with delicious meals and mesmerizing dinners, however, the breakfast was subpar with cold food and a terrible selection.

The hotel is in a nice location outside the center, not too far but close to Coral Beach. The rooms have a Thai style but may not be safe for young kids. While some renovations were ongoing, the rooms seemed dusty and not well-maintained. Service was lacking in attentiveness and used noisy carts for transportation at night. The food quality was inconsistent, with some dishes delicious while others questionable.

My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were quiet, peaceful, and offered a great view of the lovely gardens. However, the lack of room numbers above 800 and not matching the pictures was a bit disappointing. The service provided by the club cars was exceptional, always offering rides and promptly addressing any issues that arose. The location was perfect for enjoying snorkeling or the underwater observatory, despite being far from the town of Elat. The dining experience in the hotel's restaurant was excellent with a rich variety of tasty food. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
